ROCKWELL & PCTEL CHIPSET HELP PAGE Rockwell & PCTEL do not manufacture modems, they make the chipsets (the Integrated Circuits) that are used in many different modems, there are however differences in the way that different brands work. Therefore before going any further you need to know WHO made your modem, to find out you need the FCC ID number!
